Payment should be received by us at least three working days before your lesson. Ask your driving instructor for their bank details.
If paying by cash, message your instructor at least three working days before your lesson.
Cash payments will be required at the start of the lesson.
At least 48 hours notice is requested to cancel a pre-booked driving lesson or full payment will be taken. In extreme circumstances management discretion may apply.
Your lesson and/or driving test may be supervised at any time for training and monitoring purposes. The supervisor will sit in the back and observe only.
Friends and family cannot observe your lesson without us checking with our insurance company first. Please allow up to 10 working days for this. Under 16 year olds are never permitted.
You are paying for your instructors time, you may not be driving for the entire lesson. All time will be used to help you learn in the best possible way for you.
We can do lessons in your own car, the lesson cost will remain the same as you are paying for your instructors time.
If you are running late for your lesson please message your driving instructor as soon as possible. If you are over 10 minutes late without contact your instructor will drive away and you will lose the lesson cost. If you turn up late, your instructor will only give you the remaining time of your booked lesson.
If we are running late we may not be able to message you, so please stay somewhere safe and dry and we'll contact you when we arrive. If we are running late you will get the full time you have paid for, however on some occasions this time will be added to your next lesson.
Before booking a practical driving test, an ADI reference number will be supplied to confirm the readiness of your ability for test and for use of our vehicles. Please speak to your instructor before booking a practical driving test.
We reserve the right to amend driving lessons if we are unable to keep the booking in the event of driving test changes, mechanical breakdown, sickness, pre-booked holidays or due to extreme traffic.
As of September 2023 all lessons are 90 minutes and cost £66. Driving Tests, 120 minutes are £88. Driving instructor training, 180 minutes is £132.
Management reserve the right to make changes at any time.
