The majority of our students pass their practical test on their first attempt. This is due to our expert knowledge and experience. This can mean less lessons needed overall, saving you money.

In North Yorkshire we cover Scarborough, Ayton, Filey, Hunmanby and Scalby. We also have students who travel in from as far as York, Hull and Bridlington just to have lessons with us here in Scarborough. We usually meet at the train station.

We have two fully qualified and highly experienced driving instructors on our team:
Paweł.
Our driving lessons are conducted in automatic Toyota Yaris hybrid vehicles.
David also offers comprehensive driving instructor training.
David has been a fully qualified driving instructor since 2003. He served as an independent ORDIT-registered driving instructor trainer and most recently as a DVSA driving examiner.
He has now returned to teaching students and training new driving instructors. He is one of the most experienced trainers in the industry.
Paweł has been an instructor since 2005, initially teaching in Poland and then in the UK since 2019. His diverse experience has equipped him with a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
With extensive experience working with clients who experience anxiety, Paweł possess a calm, knowledgeable, and encouraging teaching style. They are dedicated to helping you acquire the knowledge and confidence necessary to pass your driving tests efficiently.
Our approach is designed to optimize your learning experience, ensuring that you do not require an excessive number of lessons. By tailoring our lessons to your specific learning goals and needs, we provide a cost-effective solution for learning to drive.

We have met lots of different people, who wanted to learn to drive for lots of different reasons. If you lack confidence, have anxiety, had an accident, have never driven in the UK or just simply haven't gained experience since passing your driving test, we can help.
Confidence comes from knowledge and experience. We can give you the knowledge required and we can give you the time to gain the experience needed.
We can help. We have automatic cars which are easy to control, they do not stall or roll back. Our time together is tailored to you, not everyone learns in the same way. We will set achievable goals, together.

David offers pay-as-you-go instructor training.
No matter which stage you are at in the process. David can offer support with;
David is a Grade-A trainer with 22 years experience in the driver training and testing industry. Previously being ORDIT registered before becoming a DVSA Driving Examiner, David is extremely confident in helping you become the best trainer possible.
The cost for instructor training is the same as our lesson rate, £66 for each 90-minute session.

We are currently looking for punctual and friendly, self-employed, Grade-A* driving instructors to cover York, Malton, Whitby and Bridlington. Other areas may be considered. You must have experience with anxious students.
We operate a pay-as-you-go system with our ADIs. No weekly/monthly fees, if you don't work, you don't pay.

Our diaries are booked with standard driving lessons, leaving no time for intensive or crash courses.
However, once you start lessons you will have access to our booking app; Total Drive, and be able to book as many lessons as you require.

We teach in Toyota Yaris Hybrid Automatic cars.
They are easy to drive.
Although they are Hybrid, they drive just like a standard automatic. So you will be prepared for any car, when you pass; petrol, diesel, electric or hybrid.
Remember; the overall cost works out cheaper with expert tailored lessons.
